I’m sure there’s some meal out there, upon which HDSC’s Ghost of Saffron doesn’t work, but I’ve yet to figure out what that is. This is my absolute favorite sauce, bar none. Amazing flavor, combined with a very pleasant amount of heat. Suitable for use on all three meals of the day.

The best hot sauces aren't the ones you sit around and talk about, they're the ones that don't last in the fridge, and I am already back ordering more of this. We make these egg/sausage/spinach "muffins" with cheese on top. This stuff is AMAZING for breakfast type bowl foods, tacos, and honestly I love it, it's so good.

A very well balanced and complex hot sauce. Punchy with the cumin, and following up with the saffron flavor at the end.

This was a surprise favorite of a whole party of people. I had to convince them that it does have Ghost in it, but it’s not killer and the flavor makes it worth the “bite”. People who love spicy and people who only eat very mild all left obsessed. Nice smooth balance of smoke, heat, and flavor without a strong vinegar taste that a lot of sauce has.

Didn't know what to expect with this sauce because how often do you get saffron in a hot sauce but once you taste it you know this is perfect for tacos. (obviously should have known that with the taco on the label). The cumin and oregano really come through. Heat is low and slow. This is reminiscent of a less sweet and a more savory version of Los Calietnes Rojo.

This has to be my new favorite sauce I've used. The heat from the scotch bonnets and the ghost peppers create a slow burning heat that isn't over powering. The avocado oil gives the sauce such a velvety mouth feel as well. The flavor from the saffron really does shine through. I've used it on tacos, on a few rice and chicken dishes. It is my new go to sauce that I'll make sure to order more in the future. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
