“Normally, I loathe seeing "truffle" on a label with an associated higher-than-normal price tag (has to be a gimmick, right?). I saw all of the glowing reviews, read the flavor profile, and opted to give it a shot. I'm glad I did! It has a nice mild/medium heat, with no ingredient overwhelming another. You do get the taste of truffle and mushroom, along with the natural sweetness of roasted tomatoes, a hint of acidity, and (of course) chiles. Since it is so balanced (not too sweet/acidic/heat forward) I find it to be a very versatile sauce. I just put it on a homemade bacon and egg breakfast sammie and it was great. Definitely recommend.”

“I’m a truffle fan… but I don’t just want truffle oil essence… and somehow, Señor Lechuga mixed truffles and reapers with delightfully gentle but zingy heirloom tomatoes, thus fomenting a flavor explosion that is rife with both the sweet and fruity heat of the reaper, as well as the gentle persuasion of an earthy truffle. I’m floored. I ate spoonfuls of this before putting it on Traeger smoked chicken wings… and it was delicious plain and with the chicken. Definitely worth the cost! I’ll be purchasing this on a regular basis.”

“I was hesitant with this one because I'm not usually a big fan of truffle oils and truffles. Yet the flavor on this is really good. The tomatoes aren't overpowering. I think the sherry vinegar makes a difference. A little hotter than medium. I always taste test my new hot sauces on some air fried chicken breast (see pic).”
