“The flavor is very fresh and slightly sweet. We found that fish tacos, with a cilantro/lime crema and some raw red cabbage (corn tortillas, of course) was a great easy weeknight dinner. Getting tortilla crusted tilapia made it a 20 minute meal that we enjoyed a lot!”
