“Three excellent sauces. The Rojo is a versatile sauce with great depth of flavor, and the Green provides a vinegary twist on the "classic" green sauce formula, accenting tomatillo with notes of cilantro, cumin, citrus, and a tiny bit of sweetness. Both are sauces you can easily use every day. Last Dab XXX is a pleasantly hot sauce but with an excellent flavor -- it is a great balance of heat that works perfectly on wings or even beef tacos. Will definitely be buying more of all of these sauces.”
