“The Classic was good. Nice vinegar bite. Very runny though. I used some to dip breaded chicken in and it made the breading soggy quick. The Classic--Garlic Fresno was GREAT. The garlic was popping. The fresno provided a mild mild heat that dissipated fast. I nearly used half the bottle in one sitting!”

“Two of my favorite sauces from Heatonist. While definitely on the mild side, it makes for a great flavor add-on to just about anything i eat. Though they are mostly used with bacon and eggs. Tonight i added them both to my jasmine rice and stewed meat.”
