“The Classic Trio is exactly that, a classic. A trio of three excellent sauces. The original (Red) is just an excellent version of the tried and true hot sauce. Folks may initially balk at purchasing this when you can get a bottle of Frank's for far cheaper. I know, I was one of those folks. Frank's is great, it's a standard and it always will be. But the Classic red is just degrees better. If Frank's is a sirloin steak, the classic is a bone-in Ribeye. It's the classic hot sauce we all know and love, elevated. The Classic blue is by far my favorite of the sauces. The added flavor of garlic along with the minute kick of the fresno chili peppers are a heavenly match. I put this on or in almost everything. Bottles of this don't usually last long in my house. The Classic orange, the new kid on the block, I was a little worried about. Usually adding maple to stuff results in overly sweet items, based on the three years I lived in Vermont where maple is the predominant flavor for everything. I was prepared for a sweet sauce with very little chili flavor, and I was surprised that this wasn't the case. Just a hint of sweetness, but the chili takes the main event. Very subtle, very enjoyable.”

“I would recommend the classic line to anyone who just wants a sauce with tons of flavour and a tickle of heat. I love all 3 but the chili maple is next level. Amazing on wings.”
