“I ordered these for home use after-work meals. These are great for chicken, pork, tacos, and pizza. Classic Garlic Fresno is a complex, garlic-y taste that’s not too overpowering. Los Calientes is a sweet-smoky heat that’s a perfect medium-hot spicy. And the Hot Honey is a sweet treat with a more delicate heat than I expected but pleasantly surprised. I can’t wait to try it with some other foods. Great stuff! My coworkers & I do Hot sauce challenges all the time.”

“Garlic Fresno was really tasty but not hot enough for me. The Los Calientes Rojo was very mexicana tasting and not at all sweet to me....but very solid sause, again a bit on the medium side for me. The Honey I had a problem with as the first one was so crystalized I couldn't get it out of the bottle. It was replaced but it took three emails. The second bottle leaked in the box, not losing much but the "safety seal" was obviously broken and the box was a mess. Not sure who's doing the QC/QA but neither one of those should have shipped. The good news is that once I cleaned up the bottle...the honey was wonderful!!”

So sorry you had that experience! Honey is a super-saturated solution of two sugars: glucose and fructose. It's the glucose that crystallizes, so some types of honey are more resistant to crystallization because they have low glucose. Alfalfa and clover honeys crystallize quickly! It doesn't mean the sauce is bad, it is just a natural occurrence! Luckily, we'll always send a free replacement bottle if the honey is too crystalized. :-)

“The Classic is great. It has a nice simple flavor with a slight spice at the end. Nugget Honey I personally love. Do not put it in the fridge it gets way to thick but it has the sweetness of honey with the flavor of spice. It is about a 4 rating & the pepper hits home. LosCalientes Rojo is very good. Has flavor & spice with a hot rating of 5. Can be used on tacos, wings salsa's. It is spot on with flavor without stupid hotness. I thought this pack went well together & gives the users a lot of options.”
