“The whiskey smoked ghost is vinegar forward in a good way. It has great heat, sweetness, and goes with baked beans, BBQ, and fried chicken. Dawson's 7 pot is very hot but has great unique flavor. I think maybe the sambuca adds something different to the flavor and I really like that I can taste the fennel. It goes great with pork. The ginger goat is not as hot but fruit forward and great for tacos and rice.”
