“Spent $20 to ship. Received the package, it was a box tossed in a bag. Box was soaking wet. One of the bottles exploded in shipping. Most likely due to be in a bag. Notified of the issue. Asked to take pictures, sent pictures. Requested a replacement. Explained that the purpose of the purchase was for wives birthday. Wanted the box like Keith has on TV as a present. It's part of the fun. As well the 2 surviving bottles are labels are ruined due to the wet from the exploded box. Made it clear the packaging and labels are a big piece of this fun. I received 1 sauce, the one that broke, and no packaging. I could have ordered from Amazon and not paid shipping, but wanted to support direct. For this i paid almost $50, for 2 ruined sauces, 1 correct sauce, and no packaging. Total disappointment wont support again.”
