“The sweetness of the apricot alances perfectly with the acidic elements and with the earthiness brought in by the cumin and other spices. The heat makes its presence known, but is by no means overbearing. Two of my all time favorites!”

“Both sauces are great! I liked the Verde just a little more, I felt like it had a more complex flavor, but the Rojo is great too, probably just a personal preference!”

“Both los calientes are excellent. Very good flavor. I loved the rojo most. The heat is mild. The only reason this didn’t get a five star is for me it gets a little too sweet. I prefer low to no sweetness in a hot sauce. But the flavor was great.”

“These sauces aren't big on hot, I'd say they are mild at best. But the flavor is SWEET and very delicious. Great with mexican food. I pair these with a few drops of stargazer on tacos.”
