These are delicious but i wish the consistency was a bit thicker. And I wish the rojo was a bit sweeter. The heat and other flavors in both are great.

The flavor of these two combined with a little bit of heat is perfect. I put these on eggs, tacos, and pretty much anything I want to spice up! I think I like the green sauce more but I ordered it because I had already tried the red and liked it. Great job with these two!

100 percent the best medium-spiced sauces for leftover smoked beef. If I smoke a brisket, chuck roast (don’t knock it until you’ve done it right), or plate ribs, the leftovers always get these sauces in whatever form the leftovers are made. Tacos, nachos, sliders: the sauces just brighten up the smoked meat after a big BBQ meal the night before. Bright, fresh, and balanced heat. I bought five of my friends both Los Calientes sauces during the 2020 holiday season, as they have become a necessity for me to have at all times, and could not see my buds due to COVID-19 precautions.

Love love love this hot sauce! The spice and flavor combo is on point! It’s the second time we’ve bought the red sauce and I love the green sauce as well!

Great flavor but it's so good, the bottles are empty way too soon.

These sauces are both extremely cumin heavy in flavor. I dont like cumin very much as a dominate flavor, so these aren’t really for me. But if that’s something you enjoy, I can imagine they would be good for seasoning Mexican food. I would def add either of them to chili.
