“I started off my hot sauce journey with Los Calientes Rojo months ago. After trying and loving that sauce- I knew I had to get the others. I was not disappointed. In sum, all of these sauces are amazing. They are literally perfectly balanced. It seems they all have nailed the background notes- apricot, apple cider vinegar, cumin, etc but then change the front end notes like chipotles/red jalapeño for barbacoa, serrano for roja, and green chiles for verde. All of them are a BLAST of flavor that can be used on almost anything. Verde - light and delicious. I easily could cover chicken with this sauce. Rojo - eggs, cheese based dishes, chicken and turkey Barbacoa- anything barbecue, red meat, pork Do yourself a favor- buy these. I personally like my hot sauce to be hotter than these sauces. However, they are a perfect medium heat level sauce that anyone- hot sauce enthusiast or noobie can enjoy. Thanks, Los Calientes!”

“While I love sauces that pack immense heat, the Los Calientes sauces always had such amazing flavors that leave me wanting more. With my current heat tolerance, it's less of a hot sauce and more of a normal sauce, but nonetheless I can't get enough of the flavor of these sauces. I put them on any meat, poultry, or fish and it just works beautifully every time.”
