“Played hot spice game with nachos at family gathering during holidays and had the best fun. Even kids got into it. Service was awesome. One bottle broke during delivery and heatonusts shipped it to us in 3 days.”

“Enjoyed doing the challenge with Season 15's lineup. I really like the Los Callientes. I was bummed that Da Bomb came in a different bottle than what we see on the show. That was the only time I've ever had Da Bomb, so I'm not sure if it's the same recipe or not... the name is slightly different too.”

“The product was terrible because I never received it. After a month of going back and forth with customer service it was finally decided they were incompetent and had no idea how to use the post office and ship an Intnl package. I was given a refund but wasted a month of my time.”

We're so sorry to hear you had a poor experience with us. :( We've been shipping internationally for years and unfortunately over the last year and a half with COVID, more people ordering than ever and staff shortages, the mail carriers have been experiencing more issues than normal. We really would have wanted you to have a better experience with us and we're always looking to improve, so we'll absolutely take this as a learning experience! Thank you.
