“I never leave negative reviews but I’m annoyed. I ordered this for a Holiday party 3 weeks in advance. The box was apparently lost in the mail. I reached out to customer support on the 22nd, they didn’t start a new shipment till the 26th but claimed they couldn’t expedite the shipping. Not going to arrive in time.”

Oh no, I’m so sorry you had a bad experience! Looks like we got back to you within 24 hours when you emailed on the 22nd and were waiting on a response. We wouldn’t have been able to get you an order in the mail by that point on the 24th since the next day was a holiday, but we’re sorry for the delay that the holiday weekend caused!

“Came perfect in great condition. All the sauces are in regular sized bottles. Plenty of sauce to have. Flavor was amazing. This was a great gift from my girlfriend.”

“Excellent way to spend time with friends (or by yourself)! The sauces have a lot of variability in flavour and spice so there is something for everyone. Los Calientes and Hellfire Kranked have been the overwhelming favourites so far, but everything is great (even the Da Bomb Evolution is much improved, if not "good").”
