“When I got it I knew I was going to end up using them on wings but that’s not the first food I tried them on. I used the second hottest on my eggs and in a soup due to its delicious flavour. Since doing my own hot ones challenge I’ve been dosing soups with Apollo and using the mean green hot sauce in mashed up avocado. Overall, many of the hot sauces have great flavour with a good heat delivery.”
