My husband has been wanting to do a hot ones challenge for a while so for Father’s Day I finally gave in. Even with the apocalyptic fire that raged my lips and tongue the actual flavor of the sauces was quite delicious. I’m kind of tempted to do it again. Although the aftermath of the ghost pepper and Carolina reaper exodus is something I can go without experiencing ever again. We plan to buy each new season from here on out.

We did a “Hot Ones” challenge with our friends and it was so much fun! The variety of sauces was awesome. The first 7 we’re all different but tasty in their own way. The last three burnt my lips off (figuratively speaking.) I highly suggest buying this box for a fun time with friends and a great selection of sauces.

This season's selection of hot sauces are very good. I think 9 of them are great. The Adoboloco Island Wings #2 sauce is the only one that I thought was just OK because it wasn't spicy and was a bit too sweet for my liking. All others have great, distinct flavors and contribute great flavor and heat to most Mexican dishes as well as many other dishes of other nationalities such as German, American/Creole/Southern, Chinese, Thai, Jamaican, and even Italian or French or Greek which are typically not spicy but adding a little spice and contrasting flavor to dishes like gyros or linguini with red clam sauce or beef pho soup is easily accomplished with this 10 pack. I also use them for marinating chicken/pork/fish as well as spicing up my homefried potatoes with onions, and have even added some Los Calientes Red to a bloody mary to spice it up a lot more than what the traditional horse radish and Tobasco does. A dab of The Last Dab goes great in gyoza dipping sauce to add a lot of heat without significantly altering the original flavor of the sauce. The packaging for this is also far superior to previous year's packaging so it is great to give as a gift now.

I couldn’t wait to try my own hot ones challenge! The first 1-7 are flavor town and I’ve eaten all of them again. Once you get to Da Bomb that’s all over. Not only is it one of the spiciest things I’ve ever put in my mouth but it’s also gross. The last dab brought the flavor back and ended the challenge on a good note. Gather your friends (or enemies) turn on your favorite episode of the show and let the suffering commence!

The flavors are all delicious (except Da Bomb) and they make for a fun ride on a set of wings or just here and there where spice is needed.

This pack is a perfect fun time for the entire family. We had Hot Ones night with this pack. We have been eating super spicey foods since childhood. Ages 9 to 62 in the family and we love these sauces and your show. The hottest one is not the Last Dab, but it is the best balance of super heat and super flavor.
