I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t your cup of tea. A lot of hot sauce uses vinegar in the recipe; you can always add it to mayonnaise or butter to cut down on that flavor. Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

“Bought this kit for my husband. He LOVES all things spice. I try for the sheer entertainment value. I like heat, but not torture, (AKA Da Bomb.) We made an evening of cooking up our own wings and trying each sauce in order together. It was an experience! I enjoyed Piko Riko the most, he liked Cosmic Disco.”

“The flavors with the best flavors had the lowest heat and the ones with the best heat had poor flavor. Unique Garlique is my favorite. Not sure of everyone's crowdfare over it. Piko #3 with the cat on the bottle was great as just a regular sauce for dipping burritos in. The Oil based asian style sauce goes in every bowl of ramen i make now. I guess my pallet is diluted by fast food or homemade concoctions. Just a regular dude.”
