Great packaging and presentation! What I love the most is the “special” DaBomb you made with them - it’s really very helpful when I’m doing the gauntlet with new ppl and they don’t have to suffer as much thanx to the chemical original DaBomb :-D

I've been waiting for months to throwing a Hot Ones Challenge at my place and it finally happened this weekend. "Da Bomb" is really something... but all of my guests survived (as far as I know :p). Greetings from Lausanne, Switzerland

Love all the sauces. Classic, fruity, zesty and hot, there is a sauce for everyone. Lots of fun to challenge yourself while watching the show or playing truth or dab. I have started using several of the sauces for cooking, an easy way to inject massive flavor. 10/10 recommend.

The mako was the hottest one, it tasted like Cinnamon which seemed to bring the heat out. That one was hot. The Apollo was very disappointing! That one should switch spots with the mako in order

Hi Brittany, So sorry to hear that! The sauce is definitely not as mouth-burn hot as extract-based sauces like Da Bomb. We only do natural pepper heat, and the extract-based sauces definitely have more of a mouth burn while natural peppers can have varied styles of heat. Carolina Reaper and Pepper X are way more delayed and can hit much later. So sometimes it feels more like a full body hot sauce high, or hits you in the stomach (the Carolina Reaper is infamous for making folks keel over with stomach cramps). This sauce is about 90% Pepper X mash, and when you taste the mash straight up it is killer! When it's cooked in the sauce with the turmeric, ginger and mustard those compounds react with the capsaicin and control the heat level. So the net result is that you can feel the type of heat delivered by Pepper X, but still at a level that people can appreciate and not have a meltdown over. We want you to use a lot! How much did you use? The number one reason for people to think this is not hot is because they treat it like an extract sauce and use too little. You're meant to use about 1 tablespoon per serving, so enough to well coat a wing, plus a dab on top. Definitely not a toothpick type deal. Oh! Also, give it a healthy shake before using it. Sometimes things will settle on account that we don't use preservatives. Let me know if I can help you with anything else! Stay Spicy, Sarita

25 people started the challenge this year, 12 were left standing at the end and immortalized on the wall of spice. Although the ones that have done it in previous years agree that Da Bomb seemed to have a different (olive) taste this year and not as offensive (lol) as previous years.

I got it for a present for a mate. All the sauces are as tasty as they are hot. Be careful with DaBomb!

I didn't just gift a gift pack. I gifted an experience. Cooked up and sauced a whole gauntlet for father and brother-inlaw. There were tears, it was great.
