“Love this pack. Such a great variety of spice and flavors. The standouts to me are The Barboccoa, amazing flavor. (please make a spicier version of this). I’m a chipotle fiend, I’ll eat it on everything. The Djablo is something special, there’s so much great flavor going on that ends with a good punch of heat. The Marshalls. This is a vinegar forward sauce, and has a ton of flavor. This sauce is magic on steak, and beef heavy meals. The Dawson’s. The bell pepper, sweetness, fennel, Sambuca, all add up to a complex layered flavor experience that ends with a solid burn.”

“The only sauce that hit an off-note was the Whiskey Smoked Ghost. I'm usually a big fan of vinegar, but not when it completely overpowers the sauce. It was just a little too much. Other than that, the sauces were incredible. I am particularly fond of the Pisqueya and Djablo. Fragrant and fruity and tasty. Also, the Ginger Goat with the lemongrass is a new favorite. My friend and I had the Zuzu 7-pot Dawson's sauce on top of Pumpking Chili and the maple notes were the perfect paring.”
