“The bottles weren’t specially wrapped. The box wasn’t insulated. No fragile warning. I imagine the box getting thrown in and out of vans and onto cargo plans from the states to the U.K. the end result was a completely shattered and sauce soaked nightmare. We saved up and spent especially to get the whole series 23 box set for my partners 50th birthday in 3 weeks. But what turned up is just carnage. I have sent multiple emails but not a response. This is not how to treat customers and not how to send glass bottles abroad. For the ridiculous amount of money we spent on this I’d have thought you could include some bubble wrap!”

“While we haven't tried all of them yet, THESE TWO ARE AN ABSOLUTE MUST!!! We eat chicken wings once a week and try new sauces all the time. So far everything has a unique flavor that can be paired respectively.”

“Have a planned "event" (Friends Gathering) to get a bunch of unsauced wings To go up the ranks as a group, see who drops out when ( I expect I will fall off before Da Bomb) and enjoy each others suffering at the same time!”

“I've bought the Season 21 and 22 boxes, both of which were stellar. Season 23 is a big drop in quality. Not counting the staples like Da Bomb and the Last Da, the majority are ridiculously salty and some of the flavor profiles are just straight bad. The majority are thicker (almost pasty) than past boxes so it can change the texture of the dish you're putting on. Normally I wouldn't mind that but the taste of the sauces doesn't back up the texture weirdness. Standouts are the Los Calientes Verde and Forbidden Fruit but they box itself isn't worth the price of admission. I'm really disappointed given the quality of past boxes.”
