A purchase for my spouse who is quite the spice fiend. The KO edition is their favorite, and they quickly discovered that just a little goes a long way. I haven't tried that one, but the milder one is great. A richer flavor option when compared to similar styles of sauce. I subbed it for the hot sauce called for in Joy the Baker's jambalaya recipe and it didn't disappoint. I'll use more next time, for sure. The only unfortunate aspect is the plastic packaging. I almost didn't get it for that reason.

Great sauces! If the K.O edition is too hot, i suggest adding lime juice, butter to lower the spice levels.
