“Absolutely fantastic sauce. It's comparable to Tabasco sauce but is better in every way, it tastes fresher and has a bit more complexity. (I'm not usually a fan of celery but it really does work in this sauce). The order came very quickly as well.”

“Nice balance of vinegar and peppers. Just enough habanero kick that doesn't linger or overpower the cayenne. Wish it was a little more body to it, and the cap gets clogged but it's great sauce. Could be cheaper, but you get what you get when it's a "celeb" brand.”

“I have an entire shelf in my pantry dedicated to hot sauces. I tried Poirier's because I happened upon it on Heatonist. It is straight up the best sauce (hot or otherwise) I've ever had the pleasure of putting on my food. Back in the day, I used to follow this template: 1) find recipe 2) cook recipe 3) find a good hot sauce to put on top of the finished item. Since I've purchased this I've instead replaced step 1 with "What is the best vessel for this divine liquid I could possibly conjure with the ingredients I currently have" and gone from there”
