Unbelievably well crafted sauces. The K.O. edition is packing waaaaayyy more bite than expected. Both sauces have great flavor and land perfectly on the scale of uniquely different from each other, and above the competition for Louisiana style sauces. Get it!!

Thought KO edition would be too spicy for me. But it’s really a good balance of heat and flavor. Spice that’s not just pain, awesome sauce!

Both are great, have nice flavors and work well with lots of foods. Especially if you mix them with some honey and ranch!

Poirier's Hot Sauce is the best Louisiana Style sauce out there. The simple 7 ingredients leave a warm and tingly feeling packed full of flavor in your mouth. The K.O. edition ups the heat factor and brings the fire! So good! I use both sauces almost every day, especially on eggs!

The original Poirier's sauce is an absolute favorite here, it goes well with what seems like everything. The ghost pepper edition is everything you'd expect from a product Smokin Ed worked on with the great flavor of the original.

Out of the two I prefer the ko edition. Same great flavor as the first but with an added kick. I put it on everything! It's my go to sauce when I'm not quite sure which sauce of mine will work. Think of it like a pair of jeans, it will go with anything!
