I know everyone's different and has different palates so I'll just give my 2 cents. 1. The picnic sauce. It's got a nice kick to it but in my opinion it serves really well to add just a little heat to whatever you're eating without overpowering the flavoring of what you're eating. I've used it for breakfast, lunch and dinner and it add just enough kick to bring up the meal. It's definitely the thickest sauce of the 3 as it's more of a mash than a sauce. I think flavor wise it's kind of mild, heat wise it's a nice kick. The heat also dissipates on the faster side. 2. Chipotle eXpress is rated at an 8/10 and I personally think it's accurate. It's hot. Just like the picnic sauce though, at least for me the heat doesn't hang around too long which is nice because I think this sauce is one of the tastiest hot sauces I've ever had. I personally like chipotle, but in moderation. This sauce however is super good. It's now my daily breakfast sauce on top of my eggs. The only drawback to this sauce, and it's a small one, is it's kind of a situational sauce because of the chipotle. There are certain meals I wouldn't put this on but again depending on the meal this sauce can make it shine. 3. Extra Mean Green. Like the Chipotle eXpress, the heat rating is accurate in my opinion. It's hot. Proper hot. The cool thing about it is it's kind of a hybrid of the picnic and the chipotle. It adds a good amount of heat and just enough flavor to up whatever you're eating. Out of the three bottles I'm half way through this one and only through a quarter of the others. All in all it's a solid 3 set. I do think if you're new / slightly new to hot sauce it's the best to start on due to the heat, but over I think they're all fantastic on their own. I got the 4th bottle of last dab reaper edition but haven't tried that one yet.

All three are far too vinegar dominant. The picnic sauce is the least hot, and not to my taste... sort of like a watery dill-mustard relish. The chipotle is fine, sort of a hetted-up Cholula chipotle,, albeit not sweet. Okay on scrambled eggs and grilled cheese sandwiches. The green is far and away the hottest of these, so take care administering it to your soups and salads. One drop goes a long way. By itself, it tastes like heartburn, acidic, sour, and burny. Fortunately those get lost in the mix in sufficient proportion to other ingredients so you're basically using this as a capsaicin-driven flavor intensifier.

Well after about a week's wait for Delivery as I live in Australia it comes I open the packaging and the box is wet i'm baffled as to why so I open the box only to see one of the bottles has broke and all the sauce that was inside of it seeped into the cardboard packing and that there was no last dab sauce which from I what I saw / understood should have been included with this.
