“Los Calientes was by far my favorite of the three sauces. Good flavor paired with a nice low burning heat that will keep your coming back for more. The Classic did taste quite like an OG hot sauce not an overwhelming amount of garlic. While the last dab packed a punch with a quick fuse and a fairly quick burn off. My friends and I tried them all in a mini Hot Ones challenge with the Bomb Evolution prior to the Apollo so it may kick more without the warm up.”

“I can’t believe I spent $40 on 3 bottles of “hot” sauce. The garlic Fresno has no hint of garlic, or spice, and actually has more of an Asian-flavor. Think sweet Chile sauce. Good, but not a very strong flavor. Almost watered down. The Los Calientes had a bit of a kick to it, but it tasted like someone soaked a chicken quesadilla in salsa and ground it up in a blender and put it in a bottle. And finally, the last dab is just hot, no flavor beyond pain. But that being said it was the only one that didn’t disappoint, since the other two could hardly be called hot sauces. I’m just extremely disappointed, not only because of the cost but because the first two are literally just sauces, and one of them has a little kick.”

I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t for you! The Classic is So good on chicken wraps, Los Calientes truly sings on a burrito, and Apollo makes a great base for a steak marinade. Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

“This set was perfect for a mini Hot Ones challenge at home. (We thought that all 10 would be too many for just the 2 of us.) We really enjoyed all 3 sauces, including The Last Dab! It burned for a few minutes, but it wasn’t unbearable. We ended up really liking the flavor, and now use it on a variety of foods. (Even ice cream!) The Los Calientes was incredibly delicious, and we especially enjoyed it on tacos. The Classic was our new favorite sauce to enjoy with eggs. I’m very glad that I bought this trio, and look forward to trying more sauces!”
