“Fun trio with loads of lovely fruity notes and high high heat levels. Kinda have to be particular on what proteins to use with but end result is always tasty!”

“My kids love the Hot Ones show and were psyched to get some season 18 sauces in their X-mas stockings. We’ve all tried these three now and think that Island Wings is a little sweet, but may find use on pizza or other non-wing foods. Mezcaline is the pick of the litter, we’re using it on everything and love the balance of flavor and heat. Reaper is a little hot for some foods but we like it when some legit heat is needed while still bringing the flavor. Great assortment overall!”

“All three sauces are pretty good! The Adoboloco is very sweet and juicy (more pineapple juice than anything else, I think), and I haven't yet figured out the best way to use it, but it sure tastes good! Mezcaline and the Seventh Reaper are both tomato-based and are somewhat similar, both quite good in some of the soups and pasta dishes I've made recently. Mezcaline's flavor is complex, whereas I find the Seventh Reaper more straightforward, so I've been switching between the two depending on my mood.”
