“I had been looking for a LONG lightweight, waterproof cagoule and this was the only one I could find so I ordered 2 of them for me and my husband (medium for me (usually size 16); large for husband). Although the medium was plenty room enough around the chest, the hip size was on the 'snug' size for my purposes of wearing it whilst riding my recumbent trike so have exchanged for a large - perfect. They are described as unisex and I think this is reflected in the hip width. I was very sceptical about them being waterproof and breathable for the price but I am delighted to say that they have now been thoroughly tested in the recent pouring rain and they are both waterproof and breathable! I was so pleased with them that I ordered 5 more as xmas gifts for family members who are hikers/dog walkers/cyclists. A very happy customer.”
“I'm constantly annoyed by the lack of availability of long waterproof coats. I suspect that companies focus on short jackets simply so they can sell waterproof trousers as well. This is perfect. Lightweight, and so far have had no problem with leaks. One of the pockets wasn't stitched properly but a replacement was supplied immediately.”
“We have struggled to find a good long 'kagoul' (in the old sense) that comes down just below the knee for ages having had one for years that is no longer waterproof. My only reservation is that we have not tried this in wet conditions but it seems fabulous”
