“I ordered a bracelet on December 15th, and it still hasn’t arrived. It was shipped on December 17th and reached the FedEx annex in Oakland, California, on December 19th, where it has remained ever since. The shipping notification promised delivery before Christmas, which obviously didn’t happen. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting a refund, as the item is likely lost, but the company has only replied once, claiming that customs delays are to blame and insisting there’s nothing they can do.
Meanwhile, other international shipments I’ve received, including one from Istanbul, have arrived without issue. To make matters worse, I just received an email asking me to review a product I haven’t even received! I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card company because this experience feels like a complete scam. Absolutely unacceptable!”
