“I used for 3 consecutive nights (slept with gum trays in) then once a month after that to achieve lovely white teeth. Be very careful not to use too much gel as it burns & bleaches your gums, but does clear after a few hours. Used to get the same Colgate product at double the price from my dentist. Will definitely be purchasing again”
