“I religiously used the strips carefully placed for just over the 1 hour recommendation plus always cleaned my teeth beforehand, and performed this in the late evening a good time after eating. I never ate “dark things” and was careful the full 10 days and 48 hours after. Result: a vague lightening of the main 2 upper and 2 lower teeth except for the remaining which still remained more “creamy yellow” in comparison. I think I’d have to purchase x3 packs of this product for use close together before a real pleasing result is met. Therefore, I might has well have paid for a professional to have done this as it would have costed the same. Most likely to be deliberate as the bleach in this product is so minimal and probably only penetrates / shows results on teeth that do not have strong enamel.”
