“I've used the clonky old gum shield with the gel in a syringe before which I spent a small fortune on from my dentist and found my teeth left really sensitive and the syringe's rather clumsy to use (gel didn't always come thru it well). Speaking with a much younger colleague at work who is in the know she recommended the Crest 3D strips to me - am so glad she did!
