“The description of this product states that 'Crest Supreme White Strips do not use Advanced Seal Technology for non slip grip so you are not advised to drink water or talk during the treatment as the strips may slide off (mouth trays may be required)'. These strips are so thin, and have such little grip to them that you absolutely need mouth trays for these to work properly. Forget talking or drinking, these are incredibly difficult to apply and slip off your teeth even if you're not doing anything. They work, but you absolutely will not be able to use these to their full effectiveness without trays.”
