“This kit is much gentler than the other crest strips. My teeth did still have some sensitivity but I spaced the sessions out to every other day / up to 3 times per week. It does take longer to whiten teeth and you get a much more natural result than with the stronger crest strips. overall, I am happy with this purchase.”
