“I placed my order online and when it turned up it wasn't what I ordered. I emailed customer services and they informed me the one I purchased was out of stock. I was sent one called Diamond Strong and it was a tube much bigger than the regular size and a newer brand as compensation. I am very happy with the way I was dealt with and I will be ordering again. Customer service is a staple in business and this company has it spot on.”
