“I have found both the 10% and 15% to be excellent whiteners. The 10% I tended to leave on over night. The 15% I used to leave on for 4 hours, as any longer at that strength results in some sensitivity for me. Now I tend to use only for 2 or 3 hours for a touch up. Very quick results for me!”

“Started off great and noticed a difference in my teeth, although the 3rd tube I used was thick jelly and couldn’t be spread over the tooth shield, and the 3rd and 4th tube made no difference to the shade unfortunately.”
