“I find it difficult to wear the whitening for 6 hrs as recommended. I would opt for 10% and use it overnight, whilst sleeping. I have done this before and it is very effective”

“Does the job. Whitens teeth 2/3 shades. Stings a bit on the gums but that passes quickly. I have found that shorter daytime session are a good top up and using the toothpaste keeps teeth white between overnighters. Every 3/4 months is enough to keep teeth bright.”
