“I first whitened my teeth 20 years ago with the dentist so still have the moulds. The dentist had me leave the moulds in for 8 hours at a time which made a huge difference but left me with super sensitive teeth which got better over time. I used this for just 30 minutes (as I’d seen that was recommended) the first time & there was some result & no sensitivity, I used for 50 minutes the second time & again a small improvement. I left the moulds in for 3 hours the last time & that was a much better result with some sensitivity for a day or two. The next time I do it I’m gonna leave on for 5 hours & hope that gets me the smile I want. I am pleased with my purchase & will buy again when my constant coffee drinking darkens them again.”
