I got this gel because I was experiencing pain when using the Philips Zoom 16% Whitening treatment, which itself has a desensitiser in it. This additional (expensive) gel gave me zero relief from pain. To be honest, a bit of Bonjela gel (for ulcers) or the new Oral-B Calm toothpaste made more of a difference. Save your money. It wasn't worth mine.

This stuff is great. I had severe tooth sensitivity after attachment dot removal after my Invisalign treatment. My teeth became very sensitive and after only 2/3 uses of the gel the sensitivity had totally gone.

I have exceptionally sensitive teeth and previously when I have teeth whitened, I am in agony from about 4/5 hours to 8/9 hours afterwards. Using this and the Philips Zoom, which also contains ACP has made all the difference

I was unable to whiten my teeth as the pain was just too much after at-home whitening two days in a row using the 6% DayWhite Zoom. I'd tried using lots of Sensodyne but it made no difference. After trying again with using ACP for 30 mins after whitening each day, I've had barely any sensitivity. I'm able to deal with the little amount of sensitivity I have had so I can finally whiten my teeth after trying for years!

I have tried to whiten my teeth a couple of times in the past ten years but have always given up after the first or second day as teeth become so painfully sensitive. I'm getting married later this year so decided to try again. I ordered day white 6 percent hp along with the relief apc oral gel. I've worn the gel for 30 min, followed by the 6 percent for 30 min followed by the gel again for 30 min and left a couple of days in between each use. Historically pain would have been 9 out of ten. Using the method above pain has been between 1 and maybe 3 each time. Which is very tolerable. I'll continue this way until I have reached desired results. Currently I've completed 5 days of using the gel and there has been a notable difference. Slow and steady for sensitive teeth!
