“This is the same stuff you'd get given to take home by the dentist. You need to get custom moulds made for your teeth first, and I got mine from a company called "Venneir". After that, you squeeze a small dot of gel into each tooth socket, and wear them overnight. I experienced some painful sensitivity, but it cleared up after 48 hours. I used Sensodyne mouthwash and toothpaste to help. It says you can use it every night but I wouldn't recommend it; I waited a few days between goes. I've used one syringe over several applications and my teeth look way better. But I'd recommend getting the 3-pack. Because I messed up my first application and I'd have been much more disappointed if I only had one to use. Apparently the syringes can last about a month after opening. But because this is proper carbamide monoxide, I'm hoping the whitening effect will last a good long time. Time will tell!”

“The Gel worked within the first application with noticeable changes. I'm using every other night at the moment as a little sensitivity occurs the next day but easily remidied with sensodyne. This a great product.”
