“I’ve complete 3 treatments now and can see a difference although not the instant wow others mention. I have experienced a chemical burn on my gums which although is die to the amount I used in my tray, wasn’t mentioned anywhere and I had to research to understand what had happened. Now with experience of the 9.5% solution, I personally would chose 14% on my next purchase as you have to wear it for less time but I am pleased with the Phillips Zoom solution. My only gripe is the mixing syringe cap. After first squeezing the amount I wanted to use, I replaced the tiny white cap. When I came to my next use, the cap is so loose and the general pressure left in the tube meant the cap popped off and I had lost some of the solution where it had squeezed out by itself. I know use a little masking tape to hold the cap on until my next use”

“I’ve been a seasoned user of teeth whitening gel both in chair professional and at home. The products I have been able to buy with home teeth whitening are 100 percent authentic, the staff are very helpful and advise accordingly should you need it. Delivery is 5 star/ super quick and you can track every step of the way. Been really impressed with the zoom day 9.5 percent - this will now be my go to instead of the opalessence or in chair expensive processs offered at the dentist.”

“I was recommended 9.5 by my hygenist. I previously used the 6%. The 9.5% has proven more effective and sensitivity afterwards is no worse.”
