“Whilst I was impressed with the Combi Set when it arrived, after the first day of using the Extendable duster, it broke and part of the feathers came out of the handle. I emailed HomeValet with a photo of the broken duster and have never had a response, even after sending reminders requesting a response. I continued to use the duster, but it has since completely broken. I don't have the time to be continually contacting HomeValet, so gave up bothering about it. Needless to say I will not be buying anything from HomeValet in the future.”
