“As soon as I put this bra on, it was immediate LOVE!!! The material feels silky, buttery soft; the fit was nearly perfect in every aspect; and the look of my shirts while wearing this bra, is noticeably more flattering.
The only ‘problem’ I had, was ordering the size that I did (my fault), without double-checking my current measurements. I would strongly encourage all ladies to re-measure themselves prior to ordering, instead of just assuming “I’ve always been a DD36”, for example. Getting the right fit around your ribs makes a big difference when it comes to how the bra fits after you’ve been wearing it all day. So even downsizing slightly would be my recommendation.
They are higher in the price range as well, which is the ONLY reason why I haven’t ordered a drawer full of these bras!lol. It’s so difficult to find something comfortable, proper fitting, and appealing all in the same garment, so when I do, I want to jump all over it and stock up!
I also want to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service. I had several issues with my address not being received properly, and I was frustrated at the automated email responses I was getting (twice), as it seemed very aloof, and the time that I had already been waiting to receive the bra was excessive.
When I reached out for the third time, I immediately was taken care of, and not only was my order shipped and received by me within a few days, I was also given a full refund as well as an apology for the experience.
I would like to thank you again for that, and let you know that I have told every single person I know, that this is a company that stands by their product, and whose product is actually incredible!
