“Hello! I just wanted to take a moment to reply to your message. First off, I have to say that your customer service team was absolutely amazing and so attentive throughout the whole process! I signed up for a membership with the hope of making future purchases because I saw such great reviews about your products, and I wanted to try something different from the usual Victoria's Secret.
To keep it brief, I had a big event for work and really needed a nice bra with some push, especially since I've been wearing sports bras for the last two years due to my weight loss journey. I ended up buying two bras since the one I wanted was out of stock, and I was excited to receive my delivery. Unfortunately, it never arrived at my doorstep, but your staff was so proactive and sent me the same order overnight, which I really appreciated!
When I finally received the bras and tried them on, I discovered that the cup size was a bit too big for me. I usually wear a size L, so it was a bit unexpected! I ended up having to rush to Target to find something that would work for the event. That's why I decided to deactivate my membership and return the order. I was really hoping to find my perfect "forever bra," but I guess it just wasn't meant to be this time.
