“While I decided to exchange this product for one with "shorts" attached, it arrived in good time. I tried it on briefly, which was not easy, as one would expect. It seemed to be the correct size, so I guess the size algorithm works on the website. Setting up the exchange on the mobile site left a lot to be desired, but I figured it out. Be advised if you return a product to a UPS store, you'll likely need to wait in line, as their handheld devices won't accept "Happy Returns". Not speedy during the holidays, lol.”
