I was impressed with the shipping packaging -- sturdy paper envelopes with no signs of plastic. The bras themselves were packaged in sturdy plastic bags, which I can reuse for travel. The bra cups were stuffed with crunched up paper. The tags, other than the filament attaching them to the bra, were cardboard. All in all, almost completely recyclable packaging. That impressed me!
The Softform bras are beautifully designed for my big girls. The shoulder straps are wide and soft. In fact the entire bra is soft.
When I got it on, I was immediately happy with the design. I got the lift I really wanted and it fit me perfectly.
As other reviewers have described, getting into the bra is a challenge, albeit one worth struggling with. The first time I wore it was after my water aerobics class. My skin, slightly moist in the steamy locker room didn't make it any easier to wiggle into the bra. Fortunately another swimmer came to my aid and gave me a hand.
The girls fit perfectly in the cups. A quick appraisal in the mirror was pleasing, especially the lift. After a full day of wearing the SoftForm bra, I can say it wore quite comfortably and naturally. So I'm very pleased.
I have wondered if removing the cup padding would help with the wiggling into the bra. I thought I had read that the padding was removable, but I couldn't figure it out.i finally referenced the instructions on the blog, and it couldn't be simpler to remove the pads. I have yet to try it out.”
