“I have lost a lot of weight over the past year. Unfortunately I lost a lot of breast tissue, which weren't ver big to begin with...from a good B to a little floppy A. I was waiting to see I was losing anymore weight before I bought new bras. My poor girls have been flopping around in the B cup and my clothes looked awful. I've been searching for a decent bra but 38B bras usually have a very skinny back and only 2 clasps, which are very difficult for me to fasten at 68 years old, and 2 bad shoulders! “Things didn't start too good. I called customer service and was told I was "outside the 30 day window for returns". She was EXTREMELY RUDE so I asked for a supervisor. I apologize that I forget their names. The supervisor was lovely. I told her the above, and told her that I found the packing slip. I was well within the exchange time. I want you to understand that the supervisor was outstanding. Being a Breast Cancer Survivor I thought I'd give them a try. However, I ordered the back size too small. I needed a 34 back as opposed to a 32. Their all a DD. I hope you can find the supervisor I spoke to and recognize her for her outstanding customer service. The first person was extremely rude, and as someone who worked customer service for American Airlines for over 30 years I would have been fired. “I really like these bras, but one of them has the pad inside folded over. Not sure how to straighten that out. I used the bag provided for washing it and then line dried it. Is this something you can provide a fix for, or do I need to return it?
