“I bought this bra a year ago and love it so much; it's still a go to. I decided to buy another, but the sizing has changed, unfortunately. When I made the purchase end of November, sizing was still small, medium, etc. I ordered the same size as I previously did, but it's way too small. Then, when I went back to reference sizes, they've now changed to typical bra sizing (34C, 36D, etc.). It was so straightforward before, so I'm really disappointed. I understand this allows for more exact sizing, but it's too much of a hassle when buying online. Definitely returning, probably won't be purchasing from here again.”
“Just received crossover bra. The online sizing chart recommended the "S" for a 34A. The bra cups were so big that the sides uncomfortably pushed up into my armpits. Only the 34 band fit (on the loosest hook). The label on the bra indicates that the bra is for B/C cups. The chat with customer service person revealed that "XS" is for a 30-32 band width. So - they don't make my size. I should have known as all the photos are of full-breasted models. I'm returning the bra. That said - if you have fuller breasts and/or a smaller rib cage - the bra does appear to be beautifully made.”
