“Decided to order 2 bras from Honeywell. The site indicated free shipping however a guaranteed delivery fee was assessed. Products didn’t fit and were returned. When I received the return confirmation email the amount of the return shipping waa deducted from my return. SHIPPING IS NOT FREE. Deceptive advertising. Will never order from company again.”

We’re so sorry for the confusion - that’s never the experience we want for our customers. Standard shipping is free on orders over our minimum threshold, but what you may have noticed in your order was the optional package protection add-on, which isn’t part of shipping costs.

“I actually love the bra now that I’ve gotten the correct size- I’m a 36DD for most companies and I got the M+ first and exchanged for the M. The only issue I’m seeing is that I do have fairly relaxed boobs so I need a lot of support. I did feel like this bra was giving it to me the first maybe 3-4 wears and it will has some support now that I’ve worn it maybe 10-15 times. Maybe I’m just wearing it too frequently because I liked it and and I only have one, but I probably wear it 2-3x a week and have noticed that the band especially near the clasp has lost a lot of its resistance. It’s the same thing that happened to my Victoria secret cloud t shirt bras when they used to have that similar fabrics with the laser cut raw hem. I feel like they are great at being flattering, but they lose their elasticity so fast. The band is still super stretchy but it’s no longer tight enough so my boobs almost start to fall out of the bottom. I don’t think I got the wrong size and it wasnt that tight not like I was pushing it past it’s limits, but tight enough to hold the gusset area closer to my skin so my boobs could stay separated in their cups. I want to give this bra a 5 but 65$ for only 5-10 good wears just doesn’t seem right. Maybe I’m wrong though and all bras are supposed to be changed out that often. I usually keep my bras for about a 8m-year and wear them at least 1X per week I’d say.”
