“I was SO excited about the Honeylove bodysuit and then very disappointed when it arrived and didn’t fit right. It created a big bulge of fat on my back, and seemed to be loose in the stomach area while digging in like it was too short on me. I understand not every bodysuit is going to fit every body, but I am really not super happy that despite Honeylove advertising “30 day Easy Returns” and “Free shipping” I am having trouble getting my money back, they are charging me for shipping. I wanted to exchange but would have had to pay an additional $31.64 for them to ship me another style so I tried to return and they want to refund less shipping. I think that’s very deceiving to say free shipping easy returns and then charge for shipping if you have a return! I reached out to customer service by email, thinking maybe they would help me either exchange without an extra fee or get all my money back, and I got back a generic form email with a link to the same exchange page I was on before with the same options as before, partial refund or pay more for an exchange. Very disappointed.”
