“I didn’t have the highest of hopes for this. I’ve had a few cami’s that I would wear over my bra and I thought it would smooth out the back fat-bra lines and they didn’t really work. This one though… eeeekkk! Smooths it all out! This is the two for one deal for me. I don’t have to wear a bra and “smoothing cami (that doesn’t work anyways). I just wear this and have the bra and cami in one! Makes my boobs look great too! I’ll be ordering more for sure!”
“The good: the cami feels and looks nice when I first put it on. Light compression smooths without really shaping. I appreciate the adjustable straps. The main problem I had is that it does slide up to my waist as I move throughout the day.”
“ALERT TO PETITES! I love the design style & comfort of this. That said, because I'm 5'3," the straps must be adjusted to their shortest length possible to fit at the top, so if this fabric "gives"at all with washing & wearing, it will no longer fit, so I'm keeping it reluctantly & hoping for the best. I bought one in each color, o I'll be very upset if I've paid this much for two items that prove to be duds.
In addition, the compression on the back that "eases" up at what I assume would be the bottom of the bra band area, falls lower on my back than desirable, creating a slight back bulge that 's visible under a snug dress top--something I've not seen with other shaping camis.
The hem length is also also an issue for me. Although I was advised that these can be successfully shortened to fit a smaller frame, that would mean losing the "sticky" edge that keeps the garment from staying put at the hem! On me, this bottom edge sits below my crotch, so I don't know how--or if --this willwork with pants--or, for that matter, how the hem will "behave "against pantyhose .
I do LOVE this garment...but PLEASE understand that we who are petite need sizing that will give us the benefits others rave about.”
